We are currently seeking a Software Deployment Engineer to join our team of experienced professionals located at our head office in Kitchener, ON.

Responsibilities may include:
- Deploy SmartSuite Enterprise products to development and production servers
- Test software integrations and third party vendors, performing minor code adjustments as necessary
- Test, troubleshoot and resolve software issues alongside our end users
- Provide technical support to end users alongside Brocks in-house support team
- Troubleshoot software issues, perform root cause analysis, and deploy software patches to production
Qualifications Required:
- Diploma or Degree from a post-secondary insitutition in Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- Customer focused attitude and strong communication skills
- Background in Software Development - experience troubleshooting or developing code in C#, ASP.NET. SQL server and Powershell
- Knowledge of high availability models and technologies is an asset
- Basic understanding of messaging Queuing protocols (WebSphere MQ, MSMQ, Rabbit MQ, etc.) is an asset
- Knowledge of Azure cloud hosted SaaS model, Log Analytics, and KQL is an asset
- Travel may be required for this position
