Vasera is building a structured tenant placement platform for residential landlords across the GTA.
We’re looking for real estate professionals or licensed agents (or experienced showing agents) to handle property access and showings only — no sales, no leasing negotiations, no client management.
This is ideal for agents who want predictable, paid activity without chasing leads.
Duties
- Conduct property showings for prospective tenants
- Coordinate access (lockbox / key exchange)
- Share basic property details (pre-provided)
- Submit simple feedback after showings
What You Won’t Do
- No lead generation
- No tenant screening
- No pricing discussions
- No lease negotiation
- No client representation
What We Provide
- Scheduled showings (you choose availability)
- Centralized coordination (no back-and-forth with clients)
- Clear instructions for every assignment

Who This Is For
- Real Estate Professionals or Licensed real estate agents in Ontario (preferred)
- Realtors looking for side income without pressure
- Individuals comfortable with independent, on-the-road work
- Strong communication and punctuality
- Valid Driver License and own car.
