Schedule
This is intended to be a full-time role of 4–5 days per week, beginning with Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays during the first 1–2 months as the associate settles into the position and ramps up.
About the Role
We are seeking a patient focused Associate Dentist to join a well established, community based practice in the Waterdown area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values quality care, strong patient relationships, and a supportive team environment.
The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry and sees a steady flow of patients. You will be supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative care, and extractions
- Deliver an excellent patient experience through clear communication and compassionate care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Tracker
- Collaborate effectively with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
- Uphold clinical, ethical, and infection control standards at all times
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Advanced proficiency in molar endodontics and surgical wisdom tooth extractions (including impacted cases)
- Strong clinical skills in comprehensive general dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient first mindset with a commitment to high quality care
- Professional, reliable, and collaborative approach
- Experience or interest in cosmetic and implant dentistry is an asset
Pay: From $300,000.00 per month
