Road Armour is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team. This is not a temporary labour position—we are looking for someone interested in building a long-term career in the construction and property maintenance industry.
Our team works in a variety of areas including:
- Asphalt paving and repairs
- Asphalt crack filling and seal coating
- Concrete repairs and restoration
- Commercial snow plowing and ice management
- Equipment operation and site preparation
- General construction and property maintenance
What You'll Do
- Work alongside experienced crew members on commercial and residential projects
- Assist with paving, patching, seal coating, crack filling, and concrete repair
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Participate in snow and ice operations during the winter season
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Learn new skills and take on increasing responsibilities as experience grows
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and performing manual tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Construction experience is an asset but not required
