Nu Image is hiring an experienced Snow Plow Operator to support our winter operations and help finish out the season. This is an on-call position that requires commitment, attention to detail, and efficient operation during snow events.
We are looking for an operator who takes pride in clean work, understands route responsibility, and can be relied on to show up and perform when the snow flies.
Role Overview
- Operate snow removal equipment during winter events
- Service an assigned route thoroughly and efficiently
- Perform plowing, cleanup passes, and final detailing
- Monitor site conditions and address problem areas
- Communicate site or equipment issues as they arise
- Operate equipment safely around buildings, vehicles, and pedestrians
Requirements
- Proven experience as a snow plow operator is required
- Experience operating loaders or farm tractors strongly preferred
- Experience with hydraulic wing blades
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- On-call availability when snow events occur
- Ability to commit to an assigned route for the remainder of the season
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Able to work independently and follow site-specific instructions
