Cocktail Bartender

1. We expect our team to give us feedback, and we listen. After every event, we expect everyone who worked the event to give us feedback from their perspective. In order to be excellent, we have to listen to those who are there and work to improve.
2. We expect our team to take feedback, often directly, and in the moment. Events aren't about our own egos, but about the client experience. Making sure we are doing our best means recognizing gaps and fixing them as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Comply with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service practices.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is essential.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and cashiering duties.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local laws.
