Primary Job Responsibilities:
Ø Maintenance & Repairs: Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair services, including minor plumbing, painting, and general handyman tasks.
Ø Construction Projects: Assist with both residential and commercial construction projects, including framing, drywall installation, flooring, and more.
Ø Renovations & Installations: Manage renovation tasks, such as kitchen and bathroom remodeling, cabinetry, and installations of doors and trim.
Ø Finishing Carpentry: Install and finish trim, molding, baseboards, and other carpentry work.
Ø Project Management: Take initiative to plan and execute tasks independently, manage materials and timelines, and troubleshoot issues on-site.
Ø Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to always ensure safe and efficient work conditions.
Ø Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality workmanship on every project and ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards.

Requirements:
Ø Driver’s License with access to a vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials to sites.
Ø Own Tools: Must have a comprehensive set of tools necessary for general construction and maintenance work (hand tools and cordless tools).
Ø Previous experience in finishing carpentry is highly desired (e.g., trim, molding, cabinetry, and flooring).
Ø Experience in multiple maintenance disciplines including framing, drywall, tiling, mudding, and painting is an asset.
Ø Ability to work on residential and commercial projects if required.
