The successful Sales Coordinator will be comfortable:
· Greeting and building rapport with customers in person, on the phone, via email and other electronic means.
· Developing your own social media network and following
· Providing exceptional customer service
· Preparing sales documentation – detail oriented
· Diligently managing your customer contact list and follow-up
· Continuously learning about product developments and technical features
· Learning technical features and functions of both ICE and BEV vehicles
· Completing annual Audi Canada certification training
· Assisting with maintaining a tidy showroom, front line demonstrator vehicles and vehicle displays
Responsibilities:
· Manage and track showroom customer traffic
· Receive and distribute inbound phone calls, email and web leads
· Stock in new and used vehicles arriving from the manufacturer or from trade in – CDK & 180
· Prepare licencing for Business Managers
· Balance and reconcile daily sales deposit transactions
· Create sales files for new and used car managers
· Assist in managing sales incentive claims for sales managers
· Assist in managing new and used car inventory
· Coordinate inventory pick up and drop off from other dealers and off site compound
· Complete wholesale “Bills of Sale” when direction is given by the Sales Manager
· Participate in sales meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid Ontario G Licence
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent persuasive verbal communication skills
- Time management skills and willingness to take the initiative.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
