$80,000 – $120,000/year (base hourly rate + production & CSI bonuses)
MacPhee Ford is a privately owned and operated, family-run dealership in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and we're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy service department.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our skilled technicians — ensuring every visit is smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
- Write up detailed, accurate repair orders
- Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs, timelines, and costs
- Communicate with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Upsell additional services and maintenance when appropriate
- Manage a fast-paced service drive with professionalism
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (automotive dealership experience preferred; Ford experience an asset)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy, high-volume environment
- Experience with PBS Systems' Dealer Management Software (DMS) preferred
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- A team-oriented, positive attitude
