Job description:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately in person, over the phone, and through online delivery platforms.
- Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with preparing and serving pizzas, salads, desserts, and other menu items.
- Hand-stretch and prepare Neapolitan pizza dough using traditional techniques, ensuring consistent quality, texture, and presentation.
- Prepare, portion, and organize ingredients according to recipes, food safety standards.
- Monitor ingredient inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisors or team members.
- Share the workload with other team members and help with other kitchen duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
· Candidates with professional Neapolitan or hand-crafted pizza-making experience will be considered first
· Permanent resident or valid work permit
· Previous experience in retail, food service or restaurant settings is preferred
· Experience in customer service roles involving serving and cashier duties is an asset
· Reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
· Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
· Ability to work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends
Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
