Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring customers receive accurate orders on time while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Safely unload, move, and store materials within the warehouse.
- Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Conduct material inspections and report any discrepancies or damage.
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper material handling and warehouse procedures.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage locations.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Support other warehouse and operational activities as required.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience is an asset.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
