We are looking for a Marketing & Design Coordinator to help bring marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, and brand initiatives to life across our brick-and-mortar stores.
This role combines creative development, graphic design, retail marketing production, digital content, and project coordination. You’ll work with teams across the business and external partners to ensure marketing materials are creatively strong, accurately produced, delivered on time, and within budget.
You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with mall marketing teams to bring in-mall events, promotions, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives to life.
What You’ll Do
Creative Development & In-Store Marketing
- Support the creative development and production of in-store marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative materials for company-wide programs, store-specific promotions, customer engagement initiatives, partnerships, and charity events.
- Adapt and redesign existing creative to meet changing business and store needs.
- Ensure all creative materials are aligned with brand standards and deliver a consistent customer experience across our stores.
Digital & Social Creative
- Edit and colour-correct Reels and other short-form video content for Le Château social media channels.
- Create and adapt digital marketing assets for various channels and campaigns.
- Support the Montreal Marketing team with email marketing flows and eblast development as required.
- Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and business needs.
Retail Marketing Production
- Coordinate the end-to-end production of marketing materials—from creative development through printing, fulfillment, distribution, and store delivery.
- Prepare, print, cut, assemble, and distribute marketing materials as required.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production partners to ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Ensure marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered to stores on schedule.
Mall Marketing & Partnerships
- Work with mall marketing teams to identify opportunities for events, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate creative assets, approvals, timelines, and operational requirements for mall initiatives.
- Support external partnerships, community initiatives, and charity/fundraising events with creative materials and logistics.
- Help bring special events and promotional opportunities to life in our retail locations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Visual, Operations, Loss Prevention, Human Resources, E-commerce, and Store Operations teams to understand their creative and marketing needs.
- Work closely with Store and Operations teams to ensure campaigns can be executed effectively at the store level.
- Collaborate with the Visual team to ensure marketing and visual merchandising elements work together cohesively.
- Provide timely, creative, and practical solutions to support company-wide initiatives.

What You Bring
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in retail marketing, graphic design, marketing production, visual merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience creating digital content, including social media graphics and short-form video.
- Strong understanding of print production, file preparation, and production specifications.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating with printers, vendors, production partners, or external agencies.
- Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, quotes, and production timelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify errors before materials are distributed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
