Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate RN, LPN or ACP to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background and at least 3 years experience in administering IVs (no exceptions), and have a keen interest in micronutrient therapy along with exceptional interpersonal skills. This role involves providing consultations, diagnosing vitamins and minerals based on symptoms, creating tailored lifestyle plans for patients, administering IV drip infusions and IM vitamin injections, and conducting post-treatment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the micronutrients used in treatments and educate patients on their benefits.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess patient needs and goals, with a focus on creating personalized lifestyle plans.
- Expertly perform IV starts and administer IV drip infusions as well as intramuscular (IM) vitamin injections.
- Provide exceptional patient care with excellent communication skills and above average bedside manner.
- Work autonomously, managing patient care from start to finish with a high level of attention to detail.
- Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to assess patient progress and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to clinic protocols and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Current RN, LPN or ACP licensed in Saskatchewan, with a minimum of 3 years of related IV experience. No exceptions.
- Proficient in IV starts (you MUST be an expert in IV administration) with a genuine interest in IV therapy / micronutrient supplementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and team members.
- Commitment to learning and staying informed about the latest developments in micronutrient therapy.
- Autonomous work ethic with the ability to handle multiple tasks and patients efficiently.
