As the Buyer, you’ll play a key role in keeping business running smoothly by ensuring products are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time.
You’ll manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and proactively stay ahead of inventory needs.
✅ What You’ll Be Doing
Process and release purchase orders aligned to customer demand
Verify supplier invoices for accuracy (pricing, quantities, delivery)
Follow up on open orders to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or disruptions
Review and maintain competitive supplier pricing
Maintain accurate purchasing records and ERP data
Partner with Quality on supplier and product issues
Track and reduce excess / obsolete inventory
Monitor supplier performance (delivery, cost, quality)
Identify opportunities to optimize spend and improve supply flow
Analyze purchasing data to proactively mitigate supply chain risks
