Job Overview:
Fine Fencing & Decks Inc. is currently seeking motivated and reliable Fencing & Decks installers / labourers to join our team. You will assist in the construction and installation of fences, decks, and other outdoor structures for residential and commercial properties. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Digging holes for fence posts
- Mixing and pouring concrete
- Carrying materials and tools
- Assembly of fence panels and deck components
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to life heavy objects and perform physical labour in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Prior experience in construction or landscaping preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
