The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Collision Centre Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone and online inquires related to the Collision Centre scheduling, etc.
- Prepare customer and insurance invoices based on estimates provided.
- Process, record and reconcile daily invoices and payment receipts.
- Complete daily time cards for Collision Centre technicians.
- Prepare spreadsheets to summarize data as required.
- Assist with follow-up on outstanding insurance claims.
The successful candidate will have:
- College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- General accounting knowledge to balance accounts
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive customer service skills
