Full job description

Meal Maven connects customers with local home chefs, cloud kitchens, and restaurants for authentic tiffin-style meals delivered to their door. We're hiring an Operations & Vendor Onboarding Coordinator to help grow the supply network and keep daily operations running smoothly-onboarding new cooks/kitchens, verifying menus and availability, coordinating schedules, and troubleshooting day-to-day order issues.

What you'll do

Onboard and support new home chefs/kitchens (intake, documentation, basic training, readiness checks)

Coordinate menus, pricing, and weekly availability with vendors

Monitor order flow and resolve issues (missing items, delays, substitutions, cancellations)

Maintain accurate vendor and menu records in internal tools/CRM

Work with delivery/support to ensure customers receive the right meals on time

Track vendor performance (quality, reliability, customer feedback) and report trends

What we're looking for

1-3 years in operations, vendor coordination, customer success, or food delivery/hospitality ops

Strong communication and problem-solving in fast-paced situations

Highly organized; comfortable working with spreadsheets and admin tools

Available during core operating hours (and occasionally to support peaks)

Nice to have

Experience with onboarding vendors/partners

Familiarity with food safety basics and handling dietary/allergen notes
