Maunco is a Division of Sani-Sol Inc., a leading distributor of janitorial cleaning supplies, chemicals, equipment, and accessories. With six branches across Eastern Ontario: Ottawa West, Ottawa East, Cornwall, Pembroke, Kingston, and Belleville. Maunco, our Belleville division, is currently looking for a new team member to join our team.
The Team Member will be responsible to assist with both Customer Service and Warehouse responsibilities. General duties include:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and stock inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper product organization.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely using appropriate equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and maintained in accordance with safety standards.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide basic product information.
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) safely.
- Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures.
- Support other departments as required to meet operational and customer service needs.
Qualifications/skills:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Great customer service skills
- Computer knowledge with inventory Management considered an asset.
