The Opportunity:
Tiltco Architectural is currently seeking a Window and Door Installer to join our team and assist with daily site installations. This position requires a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a team environment and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Job Duties & responsibilities:
- Safely lift, move, and install windows, frames, glass units, and aluminum profile extrusions.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and ensuring work areas remain safe and efficient.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and products from company vehicles and delivery trucks.
- Operate hand tools and installation equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform installation work at active construction sites while adhering to all site-specific safety requirements and procedures.
- Travel to various project locations as required. Occasional out-of-town work may be necessary, with accommodations and transportation provided by Tiltco.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of European window systems is considered a strong asset.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in window and door installation or a similar field service role.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying materials weighing 50 lbs or more, operating hand and power tools, and working at heights.
- Experience using power tools and installation equipment is preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must provide and wear approved CSA-certified safety footwear.
Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
