Front Desk Receptionist

Pay: $20–$25/hour

Fresh Touch Med Spa is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while supporting the daily operations of our clinic.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional manner
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Promote services, memberships, and retail products
- Support practitioners and ensure smooth client flow
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform general administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous reception, customer service, clinic, spa, or salon experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using booking software, POS systems, and computers
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Sales experience is an asset
