MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST – 12 MONTH CONTRACT

In recent years, our Bluesound and Bluesound Professional lines have revolutionized the wireless, multi-room audio streaming market. The newly established Lenbrook Media Group now leads the commercialization of our proprietary media management technologies and platforms, including BluOS, MQA, AIRIA, FOQUS, and QRONO.
At our Pickering location we are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to support the brand marketing and communications team to develop, execute, and report on omni-channel marketing campaigns and programs. Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, this contracted role is responsible for creating highly engaging marketing campaigns and programs and supports cross-functional campaign teams through close analysis of insights and trends and owning the details in campaign delivery to ensure seamless execution across all channels.
Responsibilities:
· Supports the brand marketing and communications team in developing and planning omni-channel campaigns, producing briefs that outline campaign objectives and consumer/business insights (e.g., customer data or digital insights) that can drive effective customer segmentation, funnel/journey design, and specifies appropriate creative strategy.
· Responsible for the master marketing and communications calendar, ensuring all brands and channels are actively engaged with appropriate content throughout the year.
· Creates and tracks campaign development in Wrike, ensuring project timelines align with campaign deployment schedules and collaborators have the information they need to support the campaign with approved tools and assets.
· Coordinates channel deployment, ensuring the launch and execution aligns to campaign objectives, including audience targeting, timing, creativity, and budget; proactively monitors in-flight campaigns for optimization opportunities, flags them to the team, and implements decisions; actions other execution-related needs from the marketing operations team and other internal/external counterparts, as required.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure they have the resources and support needed to market and sell the brand and products effectively.
· Conduct regular keyword research, on-page technical audits, and ensure the customer journey is optimized for performance. Analyze competitors for trends and find new omni-channel opportunities to sustain organic growth.
· Work closely with other internal teams with the support of the Digital Marketing Specialist and e-commerce team on reactive and proactive marketing and communications plans in coordination with social media, e-commerce, public relations, and events.
· Collects regular performance marketing reports and analyzes it against forecasts and campaign objectives. Supports optimization discussions and escalates findings on a weekly basis to stakeholders with recommendations for improvements and adjustments.
· Oversee management of advertising budget control report, making sure campaigns are delivered in full against the planned budget, and also responsible for ensuring advertising invoices are paid in a timely manner.
Preferred Requirements:
· 1+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related roles within a B2B or technology-driven environment.
· Proven track record of developing and managing successful channel marketing programs.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Post Secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Proficient with marketing automation tools and CRM software including HubSpot.
· Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing approaches.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Experience in the technology, electronics, or software industry, preferred.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is an additional asset.
