Position Summary
We are hiring a DZ licensed driver to operate roll-off trucks for the delivery, pickup, loading, and unloading of containers at residential, commercial, and industrial sites across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate DZ roll-off trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with Ontario road and workplace safety regulations
- Deliver, pick up, and position containers at customer locations
- Operate hydraulic roll-off systems for loading and unloading containers
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic paperwork
- Secure loads properly and ensure safe transport
- Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally
- Work safely in construction sites, yards, and urban areas
- Report any vehicle or safety issues promptly
Requirements
- Valid Ontario DZ driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Experience with roll-off trucks or heavy equipment preferred
- Knowledge of safe driving and load securement practices
- Ability to work independently in a physically demanding role
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Pay: $28.00 per hour
