Must be Proficient with Sage – Simply Accounting
Must be Proficient with Microsoft office
Able to multitask
Able to implement new procedures as required
Excellent verbal and written skills
DUTIES TO INCLUDE
Answering phones and greeting customers
Bi-Weekly payroll hours calculations and records
Accounts Payable and Receivable, Month end Bank and Credit card reconciliation and other daily bookkeeping duties.
Working with our POS and Inventory program - Wintree SQL database
Daily balancing of sales invoices from Wintree and transferring to Sage
Inventory control and Management with Wintree
Order supplies as needed
