5. Ability to develop and deliver accessible, low-barrier programming, responsive to the needs of students in intensive, structured learning environments (e.g., trades and apprenticeship programs).
6. Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, track progress, and meet reporting requirements.
7. Demonstrated ability to interpret and use data (e.g., surveys, participation metrics) to inform program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, adapting to changing priorities and emerging student needs.
9. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools, with the ability to use data tracking systems and student service platforms.
10. Ability to work flexible hours and travel between NIC campuses, as required to support program delivery across regions.
11. Possession of a valid BC driver’s license.
