Account Manager - FSEAP
Family Services Employee Assistance Programs (FSEAP) is one of Canada’s premier providers of employee and family assistance program (EFAP) services. We currently provide EFAP services to over 1000 organizations across the country, serving over one million employees. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional EFAP account management and workplace consultation services to existing FSEAP customers. In addition, you will serve as a member of the development team, who is responsible for new product development, participating in development and sales initiatives and contributing to the growth of FSEAP’s organization client base. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Developing long-term strategic partnerships with accounts by providing exceptional customer service and proactively meeting customer’s needs;
- Assisting customers develop annual strategy and promotional plans for the EFAPs;
- Preparing and presenting utilization and quality assurance reports and recommendations to organizational customers;
- Managing EFAP accounts to meet program goals, targets, outcomes;
- Providing consultations to managers, union leaders around employee and workplace-related issues;
- Developing new products and services such as organizational health and wellness services, including specialized consulting, training, and/or coaching services, to meet customer needs;
- Participate in new business development, through lead generation, networking and sales activities
- Writing service and pricing proposals and contributing to detailed responses to RFPs and RFIs;
- Preparing marketing and promotional collateral; and Networking and prospecting at industry events.
What We’re Looking For:
Education, Training, Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years client relationship management, business development, and/or consulting experience, preferably in EAP, mental health, human resources, training & development, or healthcare industries. Other combinations of training/experience considered.
- Additional training or experience in workplace mental health and wellness, psychological health & safety, or Psychological First Aid is an asset
- Advanced PC & MS Office Skills, ability to work with database & CRM systems.

- Strong business development, relationship sales, and influencing skills.

Additional Requirements
- Degree in Social Sciences/Psychology, HR, Training & Development, or related field
- Additional training or experience in workplace mental health and wellness, psychological health & safety, and/or critical incident stress management/trauma response, is considered a significant asset.
- Driver’s license required.
- Successful completion of criminal record check

Work Hours: Typical workweek 35 hrs. (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm). Evenings and Weekends will be required.
Salary: Salary Range $58,344-$76,500
Location: This role can be done in a hybrid model with some in-person and some remote work.
Our office is located at 1770 Langlois Ave. In addition, some occasional travel will be required.
