The successful candidate will possess a Master's Degree in a regulated health discipline (nursing is strongly preferred) and will be a member of good standing in the regulatory body. In addition, at least 5 years’ experience in supporting patients with neurocognitive disorders, mental health and addiction treatment is required. Applicants must demonstrate an understanding of the complex psychiatric and physical health needs of this clinical population.
Additional qualifications such as CNA certification in psychiatric/mental health, or other relevant certification is an asset. Eligibility for cross-appointment at the University of Toronto is also required. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to provide professional practice leadership; the ability to challenge and motivate others; a commitment to enhancing academic and research endeavors; experience in leading change and the ability to provide advanced clinical care in a culturally diverse environment. Previous advanced practice/administrative/academic scholarship is an asset.
The candidate will also have excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, teaching and computer skills. Bilingualism (French/English) or proficiency in a second language is considered an asset.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary is competitive and based on experience, with a hiring range of $110,020.48 – $137,525.60 per year.
- Employees in this role may progress within the full pay range of $110,020.48– $165,030.72 per year
