About the Role:
Are you looking to get your hands on deck of a growing team and company? We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented and forward thinking Production Worker to join our Production team. Our Production Worker is a great entry position into the world of manufacturing, with lots of room for growth! We are hiring at our Mitchell Island location at 11300 Twigg Place on a variety of shifts:
- Monday-Friday, 5:00AM-1:30PM
- Tuesday-Friday, 1:15PM-11:45PM - enjoy a 3 day weekend!
- Monday-Friday, 3:30PM-12:00AM
- Saturday-Monday, 5:00AM-5:30PM - work 36 hours and get paid 40 hours (BONUS of 4 hours), enjoy a 4 day weekend!
Our courtesy shuttle bus provides transportation to many of our shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, monitor the machine production and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure required productivity goals are achieved
- Control quality and waste while maintaining housekeeping standards
- Review schedule and complete necessary documentation
- Recommend improvements to operations and support continuous improvements efforts
- Flexible to perform other duties as assigned
