Key Responsibilities

Working on a team to support all Healthcare Contracts in Western Canada
Able to drive for on site meetings / driver audits
Route Audits required in various cities and travel may be required
Teaching DxNow and setting up customers on online ordering tool
New Route Start Ups
Invoice Inquires and investigation
Monitor routes to ensure schedules are met and resolve any operational problems
Investigates potential missing freight and/or service failures and communicates to customers in a timely manner
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment requiring extensive multitasking
Logistics and routing background an asset
Maintain a high degree of self-discipline
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Outstanding verbal communication and organizational skills
Experience using Microsoft; Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
Excellent time management skills
Position is Monday to Friday, day-shift but evening / weekend coverage is required on a rotation
Works well with others as a lot of correspondence will be required with other teams in other cities
