Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences - Ensure all drink orders are prepared in accordance with established recipes and quality standards - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed - Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS systems - Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or complaints - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications: - Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests - Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and recipes - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions, including internships.
