Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safety
- Engage clients with friendly communication, understanding their preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell additional services or retail products such as nail care items, lotions, or polish to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Conduct body waxing services when required, ensuring comfort and hygiene throughout the process
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails between visits
- Assist in retail sales by promoting products that complement nail treatments and meet client needs
