Job Summary
- Must possess extensive expertise in JD Edwards Demand Scheduling Execution (DSE), Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and Automotive Scheduling processes.
- Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders and implementation teams.
- Define end-to-end business process architecture covering Demand Scheduling, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing Planning, Shop Floor Management, and EDI integrations.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend optimal JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions leveraging standard functionality and industry best practices.
- Design and govern automotive customer scheduling processes involving EDI transactions such as 830, 862, 866, and related demand scheduling requirements.
- Provide leadership for Inventory Management processes including Item Master, Branch/Plant setup, Warehouse operations, Inventory Replenishment, Lot Management, and Inventory Control.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, EDI, Data Migration, and Technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process integration.
- Define master data strategy, conversion requirements, and data governance principles for migration from AS/400 to JD Edwards.
- Review and approve functional designs, configuration setups, customization requirements, and integration specifications.
- Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cutover planning activities.
- Support business process standardization, process optimization, and adoption of JD Edwards best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to functional consultants and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support executive stakeholders by providing solution recommendations, risk assessments, implementation strategies, and roadmap planning.
- Ensure successful deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization of Demand Scheduling and Inventory processes.
- Experience in Automotive Supply Chain, OEM/Tier-1 Scheduling Processes, EDI Integration, and JDE Manufacturing modules will be a strong advantage.

4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
