RV Service Manager or Shop Foreman Wanted – Busy RV Dealership

We are looking for an experienced and motivated RV Service Manager or Shop Foreman to join our growing dealership. This is a key leadership role for someone who knows how to motivate technicians, manage workflow, communicate with customers, and keep a fast-paced RV service department organized and profitable.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of top-performing technicians
- Schedule and prioritize daily service work
- Manage shop workflow to keep jobs moving and customers updated
- Ensure quality repairs and excellent workmanship
- Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts, Sales, and Management teams
- Handle customer concerns professionally and find solutions
- Monitor repair orders, efficiency, and department performance
- Ensure proper documentation and computer system updates
- Help improve processes and grow the service department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- RV service experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to motivate technicians and create a positive work environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
- Great communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment
- A focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
