Knight Inlet Lodge is a 100% Indigenous-owned wilderness lodge located in the heart of the Great Bear Rainforest on the coast of British Columbia. Guests from around the world travel here for exceptional wildlife experiences, warm hospitality, and an outstanding culinary experience.
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwasher to join our culinary team for the operating season. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, and understands the importance of supporting exceptional food service.
As Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of the kitchen while supporting the culinary team with food preparation and other operational duties as required.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Operating, loading, and unloading the commercial dishwashing machine
- Washing, sanitizing, and storing kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and cookware
- Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen workspaces, floors, walls, and storage areas
- Monitoring dishwashing equipment and reporting maintenance concerns promptly
- Recording walk-in cooler and freezer temperatures as required
- Maintaining adequate levels of cleaning supplies and dishwashing products
- Transporting refuse and recycling from kitchen areas daily
- Sorting and cleaning containers for recycling
- Supporting food preparation and kitchen organization when required
- Receiving and storing kitchen supplies and deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment
- Assisting the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and kitchen team with additional duties as needed

What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen, dishwashing, or hospitality experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods throughout the shift
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed
- Knowledge of Food Safe practices is an asset
- Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and safety standards
