Job Description:
K-Trans Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Mississauga. The candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce fulfillment, proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and hold a valid forklift certification.

As the Amazon Operations Specialist, you will be the company's primary point of contact for all Amazon-related operations. You will manage the end-to-end Amazon selling process — from listing creation and FBA shipment planning to case management and performance optimization. This is a hands-on role that requires deep platform knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate across warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central
- FBA Operations & Logistics Coordination: Plan and execute FBA shipment creation, manage inbound shipping schedules, track inventory receipts, and resolve receiving discrepancies with Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Case Management & Problem Resolution: Open, track, and resolve Amazon support cases including FBA reimbursements, listing reinstatements, account health appeals, and policy compliance issues.
- Inventory Management & Data Analysis: Monitor inventory levels
- Reporting & Process Improvement: Generate regular performance reports, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve delivery speed.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (FBA experience required)
- Strong knowledge of FBA processes, including shipment creation, inventory placement, and reimbursement procedures
- Experience handling Amazon support cases (appeals, reinstatements, reimbursement claims)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (working language is English)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis
- Mandarin/Cantonese language skills are an asset but not required
