The Role:
The Development Manager oversees real estate development projects and is involved in all phases of real estate development including site selection, predevelopment, finance, leasing and sales, planning, construction, and property management. The goal is to meet the client’s needs and to produce sustainable, functional and aesthetically pleasing projects.

- Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to independently prioritize tasks and focus on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong analytical abilities, computation, negotiation and problem solving skills;
- Ability to lead internal and external project teams;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as with teams;
- Strong computer skills in office automation with various software applications using spreadsheets, word processing, and databases including MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
The Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in business, planning, architecture, engineering, or project management;
- Minimum five years planning, design and/or construction experience.
- Professional Registration/Certification in planning, architecture, engineering or project management would be an asset;
