Senior Mine Engineer (Underground Soft Rock)
Location: Goderich, ON
Status: Full-Time | Permanent
Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 annually (based on experience)

Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime may be required to support a 24/7 operation.
- This is an on-site underground position located in Goderich, Ontario.
Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Mine Engineer to support a large underground mining operation. Working closely with engineering, production, maintenance, and operations teams, you will be responsible for mine planning, continuous improvement initiatives, production optimization, ventilation and ground control support, cost analysis, capital projects, and process improvements to ensure safe and efficient underground operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Mining Engineering.
- 7+ years of mining engineering and/or underground mine supervisory experience is considered a strong asset.
- Eligible to obtain Ontario P.Eng. designation.
- Experience with underground mine planning, production support, and capital projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, CMMS, and mining software is an asset.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working underground.
Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
