Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments, while delivering outstanding customer service in a clean and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your expertise in nail artistry and build lasting client relationships.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, gel x, acrylics, and nail art.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization for all tools and workstations.
- Assist clients with selecting nail treatments and products tailored to their preferences.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance between appointments.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, or gel x, acrylics, and nail art preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and sterilization procedures.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Experience with body waxing is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
