Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate High Grade Math and Science Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and science, with the ability to inspire and engage students at various levels. This role involves delivering comprehensive instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic growth in a dynamic classroom setting. Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction that caters to diverse learning styles and abilities, including students requiring special education support.
- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, and observations, providing constructive feedback.
- Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance learning experiences.
- Create a positive environment that encourages student participation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student achievement and address individual needs.
Experience
- Prior classroom teaching experience in math and science at the middle or high school level is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of varying ages and learning needs.
- Experience tutoring or providing additional academic support is advantageous.
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations is a plus.
