Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This role is vital in supporting various operational activities across our projects, ensuring a smooth workflow and compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Perform general manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving supplies
- Support construction or maintenance teams with setup and cleanup activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks promptly
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures during daily operations
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labour in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, or similar manual labour roles
- Reliable transportation or means to commute to job sites
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
