'Responsibilities'
' Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Prepare accounts payable and process accounts receivable
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone and emails
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in all clerical activities.
- Support bookkeeping and invoicing processes using QuickBooks.
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures.
- Uphold safety standards and promote a positive work environment
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping is an asset.
