About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sales experience and is ready to bring that drive to the automotive industry — we provide full training on our vehicles, sales process, and dealership systems. This is a commission-based role, so your income is directly tied to your effort and results, with strong earning potential for the right person.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and respond to online/phone inquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and walk customers through vehicle features
- Guide customers through pricing, financing options, and trade-in valuations
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships for repeat and referral business
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM
- Stay current on inventory, promotions, and competitor offerings
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic — commission-only roles reward initiative
- Comfortable with negotiation and closing conversations
- Customer-service mindset and professional presentation
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Basic computer/CRM literacy (training provided)
- 1-2 years of sales experience required (automotive sales experience is a plus but not required)
