The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, installing, and servicing specialized equipment while providing technical support and training to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair specialized technical equipment and systems
- Perform equipment diagnostics, maintenance, testing, and service activities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers
- Train customers on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures
- Support equipment installations, deployments, and customer projects
- Document service activities, repairs, and technical findings accurately
- Prepare, package, and coordinate shipping of equipment (domestic and international)
- Build strong relationships with customers through professional onsite support
- Travel to client sites across Canada as required
- Assist with general technical operations and day-to-day activities within a small growing team.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for work-related travel
- Valid passport and ability to travel when required
- Fluently bilingual in English and French
- Ability to pass an enhanced security clearance process
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 45 lbs
- Comfortable working in various environments, including tight or restricted-access areas
