Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and managing property listings across various platforms, including online portals and social media channels.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client appointments efficiently.
- Support negotiation processes between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions.
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, document organization, and maintaining client databases.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential clients.
- Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
- Support property management tasks including lease agreements, maintenance requests, and tenant communications when applicable.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, appointments, and correspondence for easy access and compliance.
Qualifications
- Prior administrative experience or background in real estate is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to assist in closing deals successfully.
- Experience in marketing strategies specific to real estate is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional attitude at all times.
- Familiarity with property management processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
