We are a Mississauga-based UA Local 787 HVAC contractor with 37 years of experience serving commercial and industrial clients across Mississauga and the GTA.
We are currently hiring for a 4th/5th Term Apprentice in Zone 1.
******Please note we are not hiring helpers or 1st-3rd Term Apprentices at this time******

4th/5th Term Apprentice Requirements
- Enrolled in and actively progressing through a 313A apprenticeship (4th or 5th Term, completed Basic & Intermidiate)
- ODP certification
- G2 gas license (minimum)
- Experience in commercial and industrial environments
- Valid Ontario driver's license, insurable on company fleet
- Ability to obtain a clean security clearance
- Availability for rotating on-call shifts
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Clear verbal English language proficiency (read/write/speak) communication and detailed written reporting
- Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform certification considered an asset
- Working reg hours weekdays from 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Rotational team on-call required
Core Technical Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance: Conduct routine PM servicing on HVAC and light refrigeration systems.
- Diagnose errors: Troubleshoot mechanical issues to verify proper operational flow.
- Perform repairs: Repair system malfunctions on both scheduled and emergency timelines.
