We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated sales representatives to join our direct-to-consumer sales team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will engage with customers, demonstrate our high-end grilling products, and provide exceptional service to enhance their outdoor cooking experience.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Traeger products to potential customers at various events
- Provide detailed product knowledge and cooking tips
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement
- Maintain a clean and organized demonstration area
- Excel in a one-call close environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outdoor cooking and grilling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays (11 days on, 10 days off )
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
