What You’ll Do:
-
Assess and evaluate risks for new and existing business (Fleet, Garage), with a focus on National Fleets

Analyze reports to resolve adequate exposure and loss ratings.

Maintain awareness of market trends, pricing levels and policy form amendments.
-
Manage and negotiate renewal terms for the retention of business.
-
Work with brokers to develop new business opportunities
-
Apply loss control and risk management practices in the underwriting process.
-
Respond to inquiries from brokers regarding modification to policy files in a timely and efficient manner.
-
Build and maintain excellent broker relationships and management of assigned broker portfolios.

Provide excellent Customer service.
What You’ll Bring:
-
3+ years of commercial Auto underwriting (Fleet, Garage) experience
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Strong interpersonal and administration skills
-
Highly motivated and hard-working
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-
Proven marketing & relationship building skills
-
Good digital literacy
-
CIP/FCIP is a strong asset
-
Knowledge of the RTM system is an asset
