The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. In this hands-on, autonomous role, you will be the primary point of contact for our vendors and logistic partners to ensure our supply chain keeps flowing smoothly across multiple warehouses
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Supplier Management
- Generate and manage POs within our ERP system
- Follow up with vendors regularly to ensure on-time delivery
- Analyze sales/inventory data to continuously review and optimize SKU min/max stocking levels
Import Logistics
- Coordinate with logistic partners to book ocean, intermodal and over-the-road shipments
- Track shipments and update ETAs in our ERP
- Work with our customs broker to ensure all import documentation is filed correctly and clears without delays
Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory reconciliation for our multiple warehouses
- Identify any overstock inventory to the sales team to clear out
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in supply chain operations
- Education: Post-secondary diploma/degree strongly preferred
- Tech Skills: Experience using ERP systems and Excel
- Attention to Detail: You notice the smallest of details that prevent issues from happening
- Communication Skills: You write clear, concise emails, but know and know when to pick up the phone
- Mindset: A self-driven mentality. As a small team, we need someone who can take ownership of the process, learns quickly, and solve problems proactively
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
