Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time High-Volume Recruiter for a direct hire opportunity in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for a results-driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates quickly and efficiently.
The High-Volume Recruiter will manage multiple open roles at once, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to support urgent staffing needs. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through offers, reference checks, and onboarding support.
- Recruit for multiple open positions at the same time in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct resume reviews, high-volume phone screenings, interviews, and candidate assessments based on job requirements.
- Maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prioritize roles, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $55,000 per year.
