Monify Media is a fast-growing, Montreal-based IT company. We work with clients on a global market to provide them with innovative solutions in the development of marketing and digital distribution tools for the online media and entertainment industry.

We are currently looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team and help us keep our outstanding support and customer satisfaction levels!

This is a work from home position after a 1 week training period in the office.

Your Day To Day...

Respond in a timely manner to email inquiries according to internal procedures and policies;
Answering a high volume of incoming emails on a daily basis;
Obtain and provide customers with information as needed;
Escalates complex or difficult queries to the leadership team;
Deliver exemplary service through professional communications;
What You Need To Succeed...

Excellent English Writing skills and amazing communication skills
Ability to work in a computerized and constantly changing environment in a rapidly growing company;
Ability to deal with the difficult customer while keeping a positive attitude and remaining patient;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized.

What You Need to Know:
40 hours/ week
Only 1 week of training in the office
