Role Description
The Construction Site Manager will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating site activities, supervising staff and contractors, managing schedules, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project environments.
Qualifications
- Experience in Site Management and Construction Site Management to oversee day-to-day project operations effectively.
- Strong skills in Planning and Scheduling to ensure timely project execution and efficient resource allocation.
- Proficiency in Cost Control and Budgeting to manage financial resources and maintain budgetary requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate between teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Proven knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction management.
- PMP or related certifications would be advantageous.
